It was a overall great stay, though let down by poor communication and slow support regarding basic

We had a great stay. The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. All the furniture and utensils were high quality and accurately matched the photos.

There were no dishwasher pods in the unit, and despite requesting them, they were never delivered. Additionally, the electronic front door lock was out of battery and wasn't resolved during our stay, forcing us to leave the door unlocked at checkout. The guest support could definitely be more responsive and efficient.

We had a great stay. The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. All the furniture and utensils were high quality and accurately matched the photos.
