Caravan was lovely and cosy, very clean and tidy. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook there instead of eating out, this what we done, aldi 10/15 min drive for bit shopping. Still had the odd treat on site. Beds was comfier than some we have stayed in. Lovely little balcony when sun is out. Overall lovely caravan! The actual site was filled with stuff to do, activities, swimming and the entertainment at night was fab! Obviously this private caravan so had to get own passes but was well worth it. Also plenty of little places to eat. Wasn't too far to drive for a little walk up the hills also which we love to do, and visited the market too. I would recommend staying here. The owner is very nice and quick response if any issues. ๐

Location was perfect, not far from all the facilities and Towyn town. The surroundings were lovely, could see sheep in the fields. Lovely park for the grandchildren and helpful friendly staff.

Good location to visit anywhere, just around 20~30 mins.
Hot water, and the water pressure is also very good.
No kitchen cleaning supplies, such as: sponge, dish soap.
There wasn't enough spare toilet paper.
Some mattresses also need to be replaced.
The toilet also smells bad, or it could be the drainpipe that smells bad.
There was still food left behind by the previous resident in the refrigerator.
Between The sofa and chairs still had the previous guest's socks left behind.
