A lovely apartment in a great location in Athens. The simple, restful decoration made it feel very comfortable and relaxing, and everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom and toilet. The owner was friendly, caring, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. We had a very nice experience and would warmly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens. We would happily stay here again!

The most amazing accommodation in Athens! 🇬🇷❤️
I travel a lot and this apartment is honestly one of the best accommodations I have ever booked!
The neighborhood is beautiful, with shops, cafés and everything you might need just a few minutes away. The stations are also very close, making it super easy to get either to the beach or to the city center.
The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. Every single detail has been carefully thought out and it is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is also spotlessly clean and fully equipped — whether you need coffee, a washing machine or literally anything else, you will find it there.
Getting there was very easy as well. I arrived in the middle of the night, but the check-in was completely smooth and hassle-free, even at such a late hour.
And the view… you can actually see the Acropolis itself from the balcony! 😍
Nikos is the kindest host and is always just a message away if you need anything. Communication was absolutely perfect from start to finish. You can really see how much effort they put into making sure their guests have the best, most comfortable and worry-free stay possible.
When I come back to Athens, I will definitely choose Nikos’s accommodation again without hesitation. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone! 🤗

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and the host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Le logement est spacieux et neuf. Les photos sont l'exact reflet de la réalité de la modernité de l'appartement. Il est doté d'une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, climatisation dans le séjour-cuisine et la chambre. L'accès est très simple : il suffit de suivre les instructions envoyées par Nikos.
Cet hébergement se situe à proximité (250m) de l'arrêt "Panteios". De là, on peut aisément se rendre à l'Acropole (on peut s'y rendre à pieds aussi), sur les plages et à l'aéroport via Syntagma.
Enfin, on trouve plusieurs commerces aux alentours (supérette, café-bars, boulangerie, restaurants,... etc.).
Pour conclure, c'est un appartement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Rien, c'était mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.
