Instalación bonita y bien decorada, cómoda y autónoma. Baño privado, buen funcionamiento de A/C y céntrico.
El microondas se averió pero el host lo retiró y nos avisó cuando le preguntamos, buen servicio en general.

Great location, near the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro Station. Big bed and spacious bathroom. Extremely easy self check-in.
Very poor wifi - signal dropped every few minutes. I let the manager know, and they told me “WiFi is free and sometimes it’s weak”. It’s not free; it’s a service I paid for as part of the room, so it should be working properly.
One of the two lights in the bathroom was broken (I told them on the first day, and they said they would send someone to look at it, but they never did, during my 5-night stay), so the bathroom was extremely dark. The bedroom was dark too.
After the first night, they forgot to clean my room, then they tried to blame me for it, then admitted that they made a mistake and apologised.
The room could really do with a chair - there’s nowhere to sit and put on shoes.
The wallpaper above the shower was peeling, with a little black mould.
The shower pressure and temperature were very inconsistent.
The cleaning staff turned off the AC every time, so I always came back to a hot room.
No laundry facilities is inconvenient.
