1階が民泊(3部屋)、2階がオーナーさんの自宅で安心。元飲食店を営んでいたそうで、共有スペースの厨房はプロ仕様。食器も素晴らしい。この厨房を見ると、お料理教室とか持ち寄り宴会とかやりたくなる。実際にそういう事業もやろうかと考えているそう。
多様なフリードリンク、ちょっとしたお菓子もあり、イタリアの民泊みたいで居心地がいい。部屋はコンパクトだが共有スペースが素敵なので困らない。シャワーのみ。パジャマではなくそのまま共有スペースに出られるような部屋着を持参するといいと思う。
コンクリート打ちっぱなしでモダン。新しか清潔でキレイ。
オーナーはお話し上手、もてなし上手。
英語もいけるし、実際海外のゲストも多かった。
お酒飲む人にはこたえられないラインナップがあった。
よくない点ではないが
土地勘がないと見つかりにくいかも。千代田線根津駅すぐなんだけど。
洗面台がオープンなのですっぴんを見られたくないという点で女性はとまどうかも。時間をずらせば大丈夫。
1階全体の見取り図を載せてもらえると助かるかな。
