The staff at this place are the best—they're very friendly. There's a common area, and there's also a smoking area. The location was very very good.
The room was a little small for four people with large suitcases, but we still had a pleasant stay.

There is a thorough attention to every detail. The room we stayed in was spacious and neat. We mainly just slept there while visiting Tokyo the entire day, but everything was very comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful, they offered very good recommendations for places to eat and general neighborhood info as well. The hotel is easily accessible, it has Nippori train station quite close and the neighborhood feels safe even late at night.

Staff were very welcoming and the location is lovely, quiet residential area close to Nippori train station.
The bed was hard, and the WC & shower cubicle was so tiny it felt like being in a plane. The air con had a mind of its own.
