Gastvrijheid ten top!

Wat is dit toch een heerlijk verblijf. De tweede keer dat ik in dit hotel verbleef en het blijft fantastisch! Niets is teveel voor het personeel. Ik wilde een pakket versturen naar een vriendin in Japan en kreeg alle hulp aangeboden inclusief verpakkingsmateriaal. Ook de koffer’s laten versturen naar ons volgend verblijf in Osaka ging met zo’n gemak. De dames zijn ontzettend vriendelijke, al spreken zij weinig Engels ( wat het heel charmant maakt vind ik) je kunt toch goed met ze communiceren en lachen. De wijk is heerlijk rustig wat heel fijn is als je uit de hectiek van andere wijken komt. Er zijn voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt en het personeel kan je daar ook bij helpen. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

Beautiful stay with traditional futons

The room was very nice. We always enjoy the traditional Japanese style. Our host also gave an amazing recommendation for a bakery just down the street. Seriously, it's the best with a little book store attached. The walk to the train station was pretty quick and simple.

Très accueillant et propre

La Guest house est très bien localisée près de la gare Nippori (station JR notamment), dans un quartier calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et de bon conseil. La chambre est impeccable et spacieuse. La salle de bain est très pratique.

L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne : si vous avez des voisins peu respectueux des règles (pas de bruit après 23h), cela peut être gênant.

Sweet and kind staff that tried to be helpful despite language issues. There's a fabulous bakery a few blocks away. Reasonable price for Tokyo, but still not a great value for mediocre rooms .

Tiny room despite being a triple, miniscule bathroom, old, uncomfortable beds. The rooms lack any charm or decor. No breakfast, but there's complimentary coffee/tea room, however, it lacks English instructions for equipment use..

Hôtel Idéal pour passer quelques jours à Tokyo

Son emplacement calme pas très loin de la station Nippori (Ligne Yamanote). L'existence de plusieurs petits commerces à proximité. La serviabilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Un hôtel calme et confortable.

C'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel et il est certain que nous y reviendrons si nous retournons à Tokyo. Le personnel est adorable, parle bien anglais. Les chambres japonaises sont vraiment confortables. Nous adorons le quartier de Nippori et l'équipe est de bons conseils.

Nice and friendly

It was very clean and super nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One day it was raining and they gave us an umbrella. Cofe and tea was free and the drinking water was superb. It was very quiet.

It was fairly close to Nippori Station, but still a 10min walk. That‘s the only thing to complain about.

キッチンスペースの調味料や道具が豊富で、困ることなく調理ができました。アイスコーヒー飲み放題のサービスや、雨天時の傘の貸し出しなど、スタッフの方のおもてなしが最高でした。

部屋によると思いますが、お部屋は狭めで、ベッド以外ないような状態でした。しかし、ご飯は1階のキッチンのコーナーで食べたのでそこまで不便ではなかったです。部屋と部屋の間の壁は薄いかもしれません。

Hay servicio gratuito de yukatas pero debes cumplir una serie de requisitos que no acabamos de entender. Para acceder al espacio hay que quitarse zapatos y dejarlos en taquillas. La estacion de metro está a 10-15 minutos a pie.

Lovely for short stays in a charming neighbourhood

Spacious in a quiet residential area, close to JR and the NEX. Getting there using Google maps is tricky but the staff had a paper map handy showing the fastest way to get to the hotel. The bakery nearby is highly recommended!

There were some banging and knocks at night, and a very strong perfume smell. Minor inconveniences though.

Great base of operations for your exploration of Tokyo.

The rooms were super clean. The atmosphere as well as the staff were exceptional. The location which was reasonably close to the train station. The station (Nippori) has the Yamanote line running through, which can get you to any of the major wards in Tokyo.

For me with my 195 cm height, the bathroom was a bit cramped, but doable.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The place is a short walk from Nippori station and close to convenient stores. The room and common areas are always clean and stocked with necessities. It's also nice to have yukatas available to wear. I will come back if I visit Tokyo again.

Exceptional service. They go out of their way for their customers. Little touches with slippers, cleaning room daily and the communal kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed our little window view of the neighbourhood, the dressing gowns and tea cups available to us to make tea. Great access to two stations and some traditional restaurants nearby.

Quaint Modern Hotel

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire facility was clean (you leave your shoes at the entrance and use house slippers) and the location in a quiet neighborhood. There was a market, quaint bakery with delicious sweet and savory options and Family Mart within a short walking distance. There is also a coin laundry a 2 minute walk down the street. The downstairs common area is a nice option to have meals or just to relax. The Nippori JR Station was about an 8 minute walk. The staff was very polite and accommodating and answered any questions we had. This is a family owned Hotel so you can see the pride and care they take. If you're looking for a change from a busy chain hotel off the beaten path this is the place. Highly Recommend!

Great value and friendly staff

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They even helped us sending our bags to another hotel using takyubin. The hotel offers great value, it was really clean and beds were comfortable. Since it is close to Nippori Station - we were able to get the Skyliner from Narita to Nippori and walk to the hotel without having to change trains with our bags.
