Rooms are very nice ; clean and well maintained. Balcony is also good
Phlegmatic staff. Not all proactive to listen to feedback. The cooks are North Indian. No authentic taste of Kerala. Limited options and quality is average

Lovely rooms and location
It was good overall however I would have added a few fishing rods to try hands in fishing( as part of guest activity )and a spa too

Beautiful location tucked in the countryside by a river. Walking distance or a short car drive to the main waterfall. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast and a restaurant open all day. Two pools for swimming.
Power is from a generator which regularly turned on and off, was only off for short periods (e.g. 5 seconds). Our room was titled 'garden view', however was a view of the car park.

I Had a Wonderful stay at Athirappilly Fern Vally Resort .The resort was exeptinaly clean,With wonderful staff and delicious food.The breakfast was excellent , with a great variety of fresh options , and the location was perfect, offering peaceful and beautful setting
I liked every moment of time were i spent in that property.Even the property owner spared some time with us.He is a down to earth person.
