Was fretting by a friendly staff member . Was a fire pit which was a nice feature.

The property is very close to Grand Bend beach and the town. It’s very quiet at night (room facing the forest) as you are away from the night life. The room was clean and cozy.

The bed was too hard and not very comfortable. The ac was blasting and the room was cold. The dial to turn it off was broken/removed so no way to adjust the temperature or how loud it is. Water pressure was on and off.

The manager on duty, Logan, was awesome. Easy to reach and very helpful and accommodating. The size of the room and the proximity to Grand Bend and all services.

The original room that we were assigned was less than desirable. Would have been helpful if we were given photos of this exact room and not the standard rooms.
