An Exceptional Beachfront Experience
Our stay at Serendiva Beach Resort, Wadduwa was truly exceptional from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.
The beautiful beachfront location, peaceful surroundings, clean swimming pool and comfortable rooms created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious, fresh and full of flavour, with excellent service throughout.
What makes Serendiva special is the combination of comfort, nature, beach, great food and genuinely caring people. It feels peaceful and private while still providing everything needed for a memorable holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Serendiva Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional.
A special thank you to the front office and the reservation team. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and forgot to inform the hotel in advance. They handled the situation with great kindness, professionalism, and understanding. They politely accepted the change and honored my booking for the next day without any hassle. Their outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
The swimming pool was amazing—clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the tropical weather. The beach is absolutely beautiful, especially for visitors from colder countries in Europe who want to relax in the warm sunshine and enjoy the crystal-clear ocean.
The food was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry, which was full of rich flavors and absolutely delicious.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, including a full English breakfast, traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and continental options. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well prepared.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Serendiva Beach Resort to anyone visiting Sri Lanka and will definitely return in the future!
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm hospitality to the excellent facilities. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The resort was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed the break at the Serendiva, from the moment of pick-up at the airport, everyone without exception, was very friendly and extremely obliging, giving a very person and old fashioned feel to the stay. Nothing was too much trouble, at any time, and always wonderful smiles. One clearly felt the Team's purpose is one's personal happiness. Thank you
until I understood the system, we dissapointingly ate the buffet twice, fed to a visiting week-end croud. But the à la carte curries, which were made to order, after discussion with the Manager Mr. Da Silva, were varied, delicious and very reasonably priced.
