Wonderful stay and we will be back when in New Smyrna!

The owners of this property are the kindest and best communicators we have ever had at a vacation rental. They were super accommodating to anything we asked/needed. The house was SO cute and well decorated. Most importantly, it was incredibly CLEAN! Everything we needed was stocked in the home. The beds were comfortable, I loved all the full length mirrors, step stool for my youngest, laundry basket. They have thought of every detail in this house to make your stay comfortable! The pool was great, the grassy area out front was perfect for my kids to play, and even the complex's laundry facility was nice (we had to use it one day). Location is fantastic as it was near the sports complex for my son's baseball tournament as well as down the road from the beach! My husband and I remarked a few times that we would love to come back and stay at this home again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The owners of this property are the kindest and best communicators we have ever had at a vacation rental. They were super accommodating to anything we asked/needed. The house was SO cute and well decorated. Most importantly, it was incredibly CLEAN! Everything we needed was stocked in the home. The beds were comfortable, I loved all the full length mirrors, step stool for my youngest, laundry basket. They have thought of every detail in this house to make your stay comfortable! The pool was great, the grassy area out front was perfect for my kids to play, and even the complex's laundry facility was nice (we had to use it one day). Location is fantastic as it was near the sports complex for my son's baseball tournament as well as down the road from the beach! My husband and I remarked a few times that we would love to come back and stay at this home again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
