Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, proche de Corralejo et pratique pour visiter les alentours. Le rooftop est agréable et offre un bel espace pour profiter de l'extérieur. La piscine est également un vrai plus, surtout en famille. Ces atouts rendent le logement agréable, mais ils ne compensent malheureusement pas les différents problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour.
Nous avons malheureusement été très déçus par ce logement.
À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure devant la maison avant de pouvoir y accéder, faute d'informations claires et malgré plusieurs tentatives pour joindre l'hôte.
Avant notre arrivée, j'avais pourtant transmis mon propre passeport, qui avait été validé, et j'avais même demandé si d'autres documents étaient nécessaires. Rien ne m'avait été demandé. Ce n'est qu'une fois sur place, alors que nous attendions déjà depuis longtemps devant le logement, que l'hôte a réclamé les passeports de tous les autres occupants, y compris ceux de mes deux enfants mineurs. Cette demande de dernière minute aurait largement pu être anticipée.
Le jour du départ, nouvelle mauvaise surprise : l'annonce indique un départ possible entre 11 h et 12 h, pourtant le code d'accès ne fonctionnait déjà plus vers 10 h 30. Heureusement, nous étions encore à l'intérieur. Si nous étions sortis quelques minutes plus tôt, nous n'aurions pas pu récupérer nos bagages ni nos passeports.
Concernant le confort, plusieurs points sont à revoir. Il n'y a ni climatisation ni ventilateur, ce qui est très pénalisant avec les fortes chaleurs. En revanche, une enceinte est mise à disposition, un équipement qui nous a semblé bien moins utile que des équipements essentiels pour le confort.
Les rideaux occultants ne couvrent qu'une partie des fenêtres, laissant passer la lumière dès le lever du jour. Nous avons donc été réveillés très tôt chaque matin.
Par ailleurs, le canapé annoncé ne correspondait pas à ce que nous attendions. Il ne s'agit pas d'un canapé convertible ni d'un canapé-lit, mais simplement d'un canapé relax électrique. Cela a eu un impact sur le confort de notre séjour, notamment pour le couchage de notre fille.
