Very disappointing. We left immediately due to a strong smell of mould and the poor condition.

I didn't see anything positive.

Unfortunately, the actual condition of the property was completely different from what we expected based on the photos shown on Booking.com. As soon as we entered the house, we noticed a very strong smell of damp and mould. There were visible signs of previous water damage or leaks on the walls and ceilings. The renovation and furnishings in general looked very old and worn. Some of the furniture was also damaged: the bedside tables were broken, the mosquito screens were torn, and the bathroom fixtures were dirty. For us, the most serious issue was the strong smell of mould and damp. We could not stay in the house for any significant amount of time. We arrived, inspected the property and decided not to stay even for one night. We left immediately after seeing its condition. After that, we contacted the hosts and asked for a refund, since we did not actually stay at the property, but they refused to return the money. In our opinion, the real condition of the property is significantly different from how it appears in the photos in the listing. We believe it is important to mention this so that other travellers can take it into account before booking. We would not book accommodation with these hosts again.
