Extremely disappointing experience Upon arrival, the condition of the apartments was completely unacceptable and did not correspond to the description provided in the listing. We also found drugs in the accommodation, which was concerning. We were therefore forced to leave the property immediately and arrange alternative accommodation for our entire group, incurring significant additional expenses. We contacted Booking.com regarding the situation and were informed that they were prepared to process our refund, but that the property’s approval was required. Despite previous requests, we have still not received the necessary confirmation from the property. We are extremely disappointed that an accommodation could be provided in this condition and that, after such a serious issue was reported, our refund has still not been resolved. We strongly advise future guests to exercise extreme caution when considering this property.

Surprisingly unpleasant

The property handler promise to refund us fully when we couldn’t stay on the unit.

We moved out immediately…!!! The place look amazing at booking stage. All information regarding the place mentioned are what we were looking for especially air conditioning, downtown and fits for our family of four. Unfortunately, when we got in the place, there was NO air conditioning. The windows are locked close in hot summer with 2 dusty standfan (that I clean it afterwards) which one of it has broken blade making load sound with little flowing air. One side of the wall was broken like being punched making us wonder what type of tenant stayed before. The most unpleasant thing was a strong bad odor like vomit smell which later found came from food waste in the dishwasher. We run the machine with new detergent but fail to air out the bad odor being the place cannot open the window and cripple standfan. The TV is still not working like the guest reported 5 days earlier and probably same not working washing machine as well. Syed the unit handler sounds accommodating over the phone. He did offer initially another unit which has less of our requirements to which we have to decline. Later on Syed offer refund and we are hoping to get as soon as possible as we have to spend on another place that fits our requirements. This is my first experience moving out immediately on a place I personally book and it hurts me to write this review. I’m pretty sure Syed will tackles all the issues on the unit and promptly refund me fully. It is such a pleasant unit it should be.

Filled the need

Great location

The building didn’t feel overly safe tbh I would let stay there as a single woman, sayed is lovely and gave us a late check out however the tv in living room didn’t work and neither did the washing machine. There’s no AC only two fans so the house was pretty unbearably hot he did offer portal AC but we were only there two nights so I left it.

Tolle Lage. Netter Kontakt.

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Drei Betten, aber nur zwei Stühle. Keine Geschirrhandtücher und keine Spülmaschinentabs. Wohnzimmertür schließt nicht. Gebäude ist sehr ungemütlich.
