Comoda per il centro città, host molto disponibile a risolvere problematiche anche in orario tardo la sera.
Ci sono tante piccole cose che andrebbero migliorate, la struttura è carina e meriterebbe un po’ più di cura.

Location and space were great. Parking lot nearby.
Easy to access the apartment especially given we booked at late notice.
There was no fan and no AC and extremely loud night club type music from close by which meant that to get air flow in the apartment to cool it down we had to leave the windows open, yet with the windows open it was so noisy our family couldn't sleep. The staff did admit they knew this was a problem (just a pity they hadn't fixed it sooner!) and installed the fans they advised us they had purchased. I hope there are fans for subsequent guests.
Parking access was problematic from a payment perspective - we were told which lot to park in (close to apartment which was great) and then informed we had to go to the offices to collect a discount parking voucher. We went to the office but no one answered, so we had to return the next morning. They charged us 20 Euros for a parking voucher to exit the carpark. When we tried to get out of the carpark it did not work and no one was there to assist us. After 15 minutes and phoning the office, we couldn't wait longer for the staff to come from the offices so we just paid using our original ticket which turned out to be cheaper than the 20 Euros 'voucher' ticket. We tried to discuss with the office for a refund of 20 Euros but they did not accommodate our request.
It just felt very messy with multiple trips to the office for a parking voucher that didn't work and 20 Euros spent for no reason.
Staff were responsive to phone calls / messages but in the end we were disappointed about the parking.
