Great location for both sight seeing and restaurant selection. The owner provides detailed guides to the apartment, the city, beaches, restaurants, etc. Key pickup and drop-off is easy, all communication went very smoothly. We had an early flight (7:30) into Cagliari and were given access to the apartment much earlier than the official 16:00 check-in time. This was a super huge bonus for us and many thanks to Laura for organizing this. The apartment has everything you need (except for a TV).
For us the Italian selective waste management is a little too complicated, only downside the garbage trucks arriving almost every day. Positively though as a guest you do not have to manage the waste bins yourself. I personally would have preferred a more detailed parking instruction from the owners, with the apartment inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL - Stampece Basso). It needs a little bit of research on your end to figure out how to manage this and also keep your costs at a minimum.
