Sun Salt & Sand is a stunning waterfront home in SE Cape Coral with direct Gulf access and a unique dock layout. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends relaxation, adventure, and entertainment, from sipping morning coffee on the Captain's Walk to swinging beneath the tiki hut at sunset. With a game room and family-friendly touches throughout, Sun Salt & Sand is the perfect fit for families, boaters, or groups looking for a well-stocked stay in Cape Coral.
The home sits in the popular Southeast Cape Coral, just minutes to downtown restaurants and nightlife or over the bridge to Fort Myers. With a direct Gulf-access canal right in the backyard, it's an easy fishing spot from the dock or watching spectacular sunsets.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Suite: King bed, smart streaming TV. Private en-suite bath with Bluetooth speakers.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart streaming TV.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-over-king bunk bed (sleeps 4), smart streaming TV, and a classic Ms. PAC-MAN arcade machine.
- Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa.
Bright, coastal-inspired interiors set the tone throughout this fully equipped home. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs are available in every room. The kitchen features an air fryer, an Instant Pot, a coffee station with an espresso machine and drip coffee maker, plus a wine fridge. Just off the main living space, the game room is stocked with a wet bar, smart streaming TV, a pool table, a dartboard, board games, and a BOSE Bluetooth speaker.
Step outside to a screened lanai and an electric heated saltwater pool with a waterfall feature. The boat dock is where outdoor living truly shines with dock swings, a rare glass-bottom dock window for watching fish, or front-row sunset views from the Captain's Walk. Underwater fish lights illuminate the canal after dark. Guests can bring their own boat or arrange a rental. Anglers will appreciate the on-site fish cleaning station and provided fishing poles. Find an additional lineup of games outdoors including cornhole, washer toss, Connect Four, bocce ball, ring toss, and Kubb. Plus a hammock for relaxing in the shade. The BBQ grill is on hand for evening cookouts.
Rates & Policies
- A prepaid electric charge and damage insurance are included in your reservation.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Trash pickup is early Tuesday morning. Garbage cans must be taken to the end of the driveway Monday night, or a $50 fine applies.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! The house was even better in person. Super spacious for us and the kids. The pictures just don’t do it justice! We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Absolutely first class, exceeded our expectations. Clean comfortable and lots of fun things to do. Decorated beautifully. Great location for nearby shopping and many excellent quality restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

This is one of the most well stocked and nicest homes we've stayed in on vacation. You really want for nothing here. Kitchen is completely stocked (including coffee!) with appliances and accessories. Bathrooms are clean, beds are comfy. Outdoor area and pool are wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood in a great location. We felt completely at home. We didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay again.
