At Laketown Wharf, There are 5 pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and splash pad. It’s Conveniently located just steps from the sugar white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. 🎳 There’s a bowling alley on property that also has billiards, arcade, sports simulator, and a restaurant/bar just off the main pool. The burgers are amazing there, btw! 👨‍🍳 There are also several restaurants and shops at LTW.

This Parking/Registration fee is paid online to Laketown Wharf Resort. This is a one-time fee. It also activates your pink wristbands (the 8 wristbands will be waiting for you in the condo when you arrive). These wristbands give you access to the amenities/gates on property. Parking pass is a one time fee around $100 paid to the resort.
