CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
Violations of house rules may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.

Beautiful home w/a spectacular backyard and pool. We used all the amenities- pool, spa and outdoor BBQ. The living areas and kitchen are well appointed. We had a 8 adults and were able to cook, gather and enjoy our extended family weekend. This is very close to UTC and UCSD and was our perfect place for graduation weekend! The bottom bedroom was perfect for our older guests and the huge master bedroom w/den was a bonus! We had one issue with the water heater that was resolved immediately and the customer support line was very helpful for questions before our stay.
