Blackstone grill on side patio, and fully fenced front yard. This retreat features two queen beds, large comfy couch with TV and WiFi high-speed. The home has central AC and heating, making it perfect for any season. Guests will enjoy fully lighted property and walking/running trail, fully fenced property to feel private and secure. Enjoy the Grotto and MoonSmoke grill bar with 3 kinds of charcoal or propane grills. Firepit and Cowboy pool with dartboard, cornhole and just chillin. The MoonDeck to go on top to view the great views and stargazing. Pet and brush our Sicilian miniature donkeys! Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring the river, downtown Seguin, a round of golf at Starcke Golf Club, professional Pickle-ball courts, kayaking on Guadalupe, Wave Pool or the Softball/baseball fields, all of these are just 5 min away! This place is an absolute dream! We had an amazing stay! They have everything you need and more. Everything was above standard - cleaniness and so many small thoughtful touches, like fresh baked muffins, veggies from the garden and cookies for the donkeys. Hosts are absolute gems and we had a great time getting to know them. We've made new friends and can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Could not have asked for a better stay!The place was wonderful and clean. Hosts were kind and welcoming. Our anxious dog was right at home. Definitely our go to place when visiting family now
