Island Royale 302 is the perfect place to relax & make memories that will last forever.
An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water & gorgeous skies lit with the sun rising & setting.
The oversized balcony has seating for four & a lounger. It feels like you're on the beach even when you're sitting on the balcony.
Hate waiting on elevators? Park on the second level & it's only 1 flight of stairs to the front door.
The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a Samsung 55" 4K hospitality TV that will swivel to watch from the kitchen.
The kitchen includes granite countertops, side by side refrigerator with water & ice on the door. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range & microwave. It's stocked with all the essentials you need from pots. pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, Keurig & 12 cup coffee maker.
The laundry room includes a full size washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.
The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony. King size bed, 42" smart TV, dresser, 2 night stands with lamps & private full size bathroom.
The guest bedroom includes a king size bed, 32" smart TV, dresser, 2 night stands with lamps & access to the guest bathroom.
Island Royale offers a heated inside/outside pool, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, sauna, steam room & exercise room overlooking the beach. There are grilling stations located on the east end of the building.
Please note Island Royale is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.
Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.
Kitchen & Bathroom starter set includes;
1 roll of paper towels
1 dish soap
2 dishwasher packets
1 laundry detergent packet
2 kitchen trash bags
1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom
1 shampoo/conditioner combo, 1 soap per bathroom
1 small trash bag liner per bathroom trashcan
The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a second parking pass please go to the Security desk at the front.

The proximity to the pools, beach, elevators, and parking lot were great! The condo was big and the balcony was huge. The separate laundry room was also great for dropping the sandy things. I will definitely stay here again. The pools and hot tub were perfect for a 4 year old.

Great condo! Perfect to the beach and restaurants. The hostess communicates very well. We had a great view and stay. You can walk to restaurant's. The patio was great!

Great place to stay! Very clean with quick access to the beach. This condo was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Penny was great with communication and will definitely be staying here again.
