The master bedroom features a king bed, with a back deck view of the canal. The accompanying bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and accompanying bathroom includes a tub. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area and there is also a recliner. The dining table seats four. There is an island which separates the kitchen area and incudes all full-sized appliances.
