The Clemson Cottage is a newly renovated, newly furnished house perfectly nestled ~3 mi from Death Valley, ~2 mi from Clemson University and Pendleton Square, and ~1 mi from Patrick Square providing endless entertainment at your fingertips. The private semicircular driveway makes Issaqueena Trail easily accessible from two access points and provides plenty of parking. Guests enjoy two restful bedrooms, featuring Sealy Posturepedic Pro mattresses, one king bed and two queen beds, plus a cozy living room with a convertible queen size sectional for extra comfort. For your convenience, the single bathroom includes a hair dryer, bath towels and enough toilet paper and hand soap to get you started. The kitchen is well equipped with essential cookware, food prep tools, tableware, and serveware, with labeled cabinets/draws to make all your preparations seamless. The kitchen table has self storing leaves, extending its length to 80", which comfortably accommodates six adults. Cleaning supplies, spices, and cooking oils are also provided. For your convenience there is a laundry room which houses a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, sitting on the veranda, overlooking a spacious yard with beautiful creek views. We had a wonderful stay at the Clemson Cottage. The host was very responsive and helpful leading up to our visit. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pretty views of the creek behind the house and loved being just a short drive away from campus. It made for a great weekend in Clemson!
