It is a up and down suite so there is a tenant in the basement who is super friendly!

Except the cleaning closet of course 😛
The side yard is shared with the tenant downstairs, but feel free to use the bbq, fire table or just lounge on the sectional!!

This is my first time using Vrbo for accommodations and I enjoyed the experience. Scott was very responsive to the messages I sent with questions. The house was exactly as listed in the post and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again if I need to stay in Grande Prairie again.

The house nice and clean well stocked.the tenants downstairs were nice and very friendly. Great family spot to stay in grand prairie.lots of shopping in a very close area.
