Bella Vita is a modern one-bedroom home set directly on the Lake Ontario shoreline. Expansive water views, a spacious lakeside deck, and a bright open interior create a private setting for couples and small groups near Rochester’s beaches and marina.
The main level features heated floors, a comfortable living area, full bathroom, and queen sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.
Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom overlooks the lake and includes a private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, double vanities, separate shower, and walk-in closet.
Spend the day on the lakefront deck, explore the nearby Port of Rochester Marina, or visit local beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing areas, the pier, and historic carousel. Clear evenings offer excellent stargazing, with occasional opportunities to see the northern lights.
