About this house rental

Located in beautiful Curtis Park in Philipsburg, just a short drive to State College and Penn State University. This wonderful home offers a tremendous stay for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, cozy living & dining area with 65" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with shaker cabinets, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The lower-level spectacular Penn State Room offers a one-of-a kind Beaver Stadium experience. Large sofa, chairs, desk, electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV and more, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer, Enjoy the screened-in side porch with rockers, and the backyard patio with Adirondack chairs, dining table and chairs and a BBQ grill. House has three AC split systems and central heat. Perfect for PSU graduation, move-in/move-out and parent weekends. Occasional football weekends when available.
