Two apartments for one group

Book both unit 101 and unit 201 together for a North Tampa stay near USF and Busch Gardens. Your reservation includes 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living and dining areas, and laundry in each apartment. Maximum occupancy is 17 guests across both units.

Unit 101 — ground floor, up to 8 guests
• Bedroom 1: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, workspace, and covered patio access.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and twin bed, private en-suite bathroom, desk, and TV.
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and twin bed, with two desks.
• Three full bathrooms: two en-suites and one hall-access bathroom.

Unit 201 — upstairs, up to 9 guests
• Bedroom 1: queen bed and twin bed, private en-suite bathroom, and workspaces.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and twin bed, private en-suite bathroom, desk, and TV.
• Bedroom 3: king bed and bunk bed, with balcony access.
• Three full bathrooms, including two en-suites.

Space to spend time together
Each apartment has its own kitchen, dining area, and living room with a smart TV. Cook separately or coordinate group meals, then spread out for movies, work, or quiet time. Wi-Fi, multiple desks, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer in each unit support longer visits.

Outdoor spaces and access
Unit 101 has a private covered ground-floor patio. Unit 201 has a private upstairs balcony and requires stairs. The apartments have separate entrances; both are included in this reservation. Free on-site parking is available.

This is a residential property. Please respect neighbors and the stated occupancy and quiet-hour rules.
