The home is nice, spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. However, there were several frustrating issues during our stay.Communication regarding early check-in was very difficult and felt robotic. We paid an extra just to check in two hours early, and there seemed to be extra fees for everything. The listing advertises a heated pool, but heating it costs extra nightly and takes 15–20 hours, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time.One upstairs shower would not drain after one use, the AC is capped at 72 degrees which felt too warm for sleeping in Florida, and the towels provided were thin and worn out. The home also lacked enough basic supplies like trash bags, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials for a house this size.The living room couch was broken, and when we informed the host, they said they already knew about it.Overall, the house itself is good., but the extra fees, maintenance issues, and lack of transparency took away from the experience.
