This furnished four-room home combines bright living and dining spaces, a full kitchen and a screened outdoor area with a private heated pool and spa—an inviting base for family visits, relocation, home renovations or an extended executive stay.

Start the morning by the water and unwind on the screened patio. The private outdoor pool is heated and available year-round, with pool heating available in every month. Enjoy the private spa, outdoor seating, sun loungers and gas BBQ.
COMFORTS FOR A LONGER STAY
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with an island, refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and coffee-making equipment. The dining table seats eight. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an in-home washer and dryer, and parking make everyday routines easy. Essentials include towels, bed linens, soap and toilet paper. Normal hot water is available throughout the house, separately from the heated pool. There are two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: one king bed.
Bedroom 2: one king bed.
Bedroom 3: one twin/single bed.
Bedroom 4: office/flex room; a queen bed is available upon advance request.
A bunk-bed setup is also available upon advance request. The queen and bunk bed are owned and available, but are not permanently set up. Guests may bring additional mattresses by prior arrangement. Please contact the host through Vrbo before booking to agree on the sleeping setup for your group. Maximum occupancy is 11 registered guests; this does not mean 11 permanent bed spaces. Everyone staying must be included in the reservation.
EXTENDED-STAY PRICING
Minimum stay: 25 nights. No separate cleaning fee and no extra guest fee for approved guests up to the home's maximum occupancy. Standard departure cleaning, routine utilities, Wi-Fi, pool heating and routine pool and lawn service are included. Service visits may occur during an extended stay. Extra housekeeping is optional and arranged only by agreement. Enter your dates and complete guest count to see Vrbo's total, including applicable platform charges and taxes.
