* Bedroom 2: California King with 32” TV.
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed with 32” TV.
* Living Room: Oversized queen sleeper sectional, 52” Smart TV with Blu-ray, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island bar, and everything needed to prepare meals. The dining table seats six.

Central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and comfortable indoor living spaces make it easy to relax or work remotely.

* Onsite Caretaker: A caretaker lives in a separate residence on the property, respects guests’ privacy, and does not use any guest amenities.
* Rental Agreement: Required within 48 hours of booking.
* Security Deposit: $500 refundable authorization hold required before arrival.
* Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome ($100 per pet). Includes a designated pet room and dog house.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Outdoor activities must end by 10 PM to respect neighboring properties.
* EV Charging: Overnight charging only. Guests provide their own adapter.
* Pool Heating: Heated to 78°F from May through mid-October at no charge. Higher temperatures are available for an additional fee with at least 48 hours’ notice (typically $400 for a 2–3 night stay).
* Security Cameras: Exterior cameras monitor the front entry and backyard. Tampering with cameras or the pool heater is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
* Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended.
