Lots of things to like about this apartment. It feels cozy, has a balcony, nice big TV, wired internet, big dinning table, plenty of sunlight big windows. 2 sizeable bedrooms, bathroom with shower/bathtub close to the toilet and a little bidet seat. Good hair dryer and a very good mirror. Overall neat and clean. There was a study ask in the second room with another mirror. There was a long mirror in the master bedroom too. The kitchen was great. It had very good appliances, a microwave, an electric stove and oven, a toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator and plenty of cutlery. There was even some sugar, coffee pods, olive oil, aluminum foil, etc that was quite helpful during our stay. The kitchen had nice big windows and got a lot of sun. There was also an extra storage room with some helpful items like a brush pan, mop, umbrella. Laundry detergent was also provided. Overall once the bathroom issue was somewhat resolved we really enjoyed our stay.
There is a bus station and tram station a couple minutes walk away from the apartment. There were plenty of little grocery stores and quite a few restraunts just near the building. There is also a laundry service adjacent.
Overall we were happy for the price.
Things we didn't like were:
Hotel apartment was strangely difficult for us to locate being new to the country. There was no sign on the building, thankfully locals were extremely helpful and told us that we had to go around and walk up the stairs and then it took us quite a while to find the box attached to the green hand rail which had the key to building and our apartment. The staff were not responding to the texts we had sent so we were only able to figure this out with the help of neighbors after a very long delayed and exhausting flight.
The couch was not comfortable to sit on at all, it lacks support you just sink in. The carpet in the living room was dirty and had weird stains and triggered my allergies everytime I went there. Privacy is not the best with big windows and sheer white curtains. Bedding was itchy material.
Bathroom had mold and this really bad sewage smell which only got attended to by the maintenance staff after 5 days of waiting. The staff do not reply to the messages on booking.com in a timely manner at all or even on the whatsapp number that they provided us so we had to make some very expensive phone calls on their local phone number to get through to them and even then it took about 5 days. We were grateful though once the smell was mostly gone as we were finally able to sleep and eat properly.
