Fantastic location, comfortable property, very well priced and very clean.

Property was well appointed and had great facilities both in the house and also the wider community. It was clean and traditionally furnished. Whilst there were more “modern” properties in the area this was perfectly equipped for our family. Communication from the owner through booking.com was great and we had no issues or concerns through the 2 week stay. Location for Disney was superb and as it was in a gated community it felt very safe for the entire family.

Only minor challenge was the debris cover over the pool had a small tear which meant the pool had a few leaves blow in, advised the owner whilst there so they could repair.

Home has roaches and is not properly cleaned.

The property was large and located in a nice community with a water park.

The home had roaches and was not properly cleaned. When we first entered the property, there was a dead roach in the front entry way, a dead roach next to the dining area and a dying roach on the floor in the kitchen. The first night we discovered a very large cockroach in one of the beds of the Frozen themed bedroom. The beds were not properly changed and there was visible long human hair, eyelashes and evidence of the previous renter. We discovered a bathing suit hanging on the back of the door in one of the en-suite bathrooms. There was also leftover cardboard trash in one of the beds. The linen closet was disheveled as if someone had already used the linens. On the 2nd night, a roach appeared and ran across the foot of one of our kids. We made the owners aware of the issues multiple times and nothing was done to resolve the unsanitary conditions of the home. We also reached out to Booking.com and they received no response from the owner. I do not recommend this property if cleanliness is high on your list.
