We did not enjoy our stay. It was old and beat up and the pools didn’t even look inviting.
It was close to the sports complex where we needed to go.
It is very run down. There were spackle spots everywhere on the walls. There were places on the walls that looked like something dripped on them. Neither of the rugs upstairs or downstairs had been vacuumed. The floor was sticky. The bottom bunk bed sheets had dirt all over when I pulled them back to lie down. The internet access was out about 50% of the time we were there. The dishwasher was filthy. We did our best to run it before we left but I’m not sure if it ever worked. The refrigerator was filthy.
I’m not one who usually writes bad reviews. I will write good ones and just let the bad go but this was very disappointing especially with the cleaning fee of $160. We have a 5,000 square foot home and I only pay $150 to have it cleaned and they do an amazing job. There were not any mini shampoo, conditioner and whatever else was supposed to be there. The downstairs bathroom had shampoo and one other but the upstairs had nothing. The furniture was very cheap and some of it was broken. The spiral stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. We could hardly get a small suitcase up them because they are so tight and the stair itself isn’t big enough for me to get my whole foot on. This apartment needs a lot of TLC. We made it work for us but will not be back and we will not recommend it to anyone. Like I said I normally don’t give a bad review I just skip it and don’t say anything but this was bad enough for me to take the time to let you know. Maybe you don’t visit the property regularly and you depend on the cleaning people and other staff and I understand that. I’m not being rude I’m just letting you know what the property was like when we were there. I hope this helps you to go there and make some changes.
