la posizione era ottima, vienna è una città sicura e tranquilla, e da lì ti sposti bene ovunque. la notte la porta d'ingresso rimaneva aperta senza problemi. le stanze si aprono con un codice, e così anche il nostro bagno. stanza piccola ma ottima per un soggiorno breve, nel complesso tornerei. qualità prezzo da 10 ormai è raro trovare questi prezzi.
mi sarebbe piaciuta una piccola reception o comunque dei piccoli servizi extra come spazzolini da denti ecc. il palazzo in sé era poco accogliente mentre le stanze mi sono piaciute molto.

Der bereitgestellte Ventilator im Zimmer hat sehr geholfen bei den Temperaturen.
Generell eigentlich mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch, Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden.
Die Toilette hat kaum Möglichkeit zur Belüftung, wenn man nicht die Türe offen lassen möchte (das Klo ist exklusiv für das Zimmer, aber am Gang; Dusche und Waschbecken sind aber immerhin im Zimmer).
Das Zimmer war recht klein, daher ist da wohl auch kein Platz für einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Der wäre noch toll gewesen.

Convenient location, helpful staff was available and reachable on WhatsApp. Staff was accommodating during my arrival to Vienna. It was not hard to locate the hotel too. Train and bus stations were nearby making it easy to move around. Toilet/ bathroom was not far from my room, just outside the unit.
I came during the heatwave in Europe, it was so hot that their fan they provided gave me little to no relief from the heat. The fan was blowing but it was too short and the bed is high, so most of the wind was not getting to me while lying on the bed.
