No frills, straightforward, met our needs for a place to sleep for the night
Check in instructions clearly mentioned “basement” but when clarified I was asked to watch the video again begrudgingly which did not have any explanation to the mention of “basement”. It also did not show the newly installed lockbox right next to the door entry to this stay. Perhaps the translation used translated the step down to the door as a “basement”.
No hand soap, toiletries provided were random.

It was exactly as advertised. Small but comfortable.
Something to mention was the responsiveness of the host when texting regarding questions about parking and check in. They replied very quickly and super helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was very inconsistent.

Clean. Self sufficient. Property has microwave oven.
Electric hot plate could not be used as it was continually failing. No
Instruction manual to check reasons.
No electric kettle seen.
In the check in instructions - key was to have kept in the basement. But this chosen property was located on the adjacent ground like an outhouse. The check in instructions need an amend!
