Room 2 looked like 4-5 months old since being rented here, rather new but basic/ few amenities in it. The balcony is enough for a dinner/breakfast of 2 people. The location is the far center, but walking to the old town is ~25min, with bus ~15min. Several options for busses are available to both old town, central station, beach side. E-bikes & scooters are also visible around.
The host was a bit neglecting our messages from over a month in advance of our arrival so we got a last minute confirmation on check-in etc. On top a few small bits of our custom requests for the room were not taken into consideration but they reacted more or less quickly to fulfill them same day.
A minus to consider is the AC, I do recommend to the host to check it out as it hardly cools the room. For our 4-day stay, we did not stop it for a sec, set at 19C ..but it never reached them so definitely a check of the AC is required.

Velmi čisto, ticho, domluva s obsluhou výborná! Doporučil bych.
Nelze dobře parkovat před ubytováním, najít místo, zaparkovat, natož pro cizince, je velmi obtížné :-)

Raději jsme využili cca 8 min pěšky velké parkoviště...

La habitación estaba impecable, nuevo, parecía a estrenar. Como recomendacion, agregaría algún perchero y algún mueble para apoyar las valijas, o ropa. Y un estante en la ducha. El balcón estaba bueno.
Era ruidoso a la noche. La heladera hacía mucho ruido y entraba luz por debajo de la puerta. Elegimos esa ubicación porque estábamos con auto, pero si andas caminando no está buena. No está cerca del centro
