About location it was good . Near to both Ajanta and Ellora

It was a newly constructed building. Super good super clean food was very good , feels like a 7 star hotel. Bar is also very nice.

I had an excellent stay at OPO Essential Nandini and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aurangabad. What truly distinguishes this hotel is its exceptional hospitality and customer service. First and foremost, I would like to appreciate the entire staff. If there were an option to rate them higher than 10/10, I gladly would. In over 20 years of traveling across different countries and cities, I have rarely encountered a team that is so consistently polite, courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. From the reception team to the room service staff, restaurant personnel, manager, and owner, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. A special gesture that stood out was their willingness to help prepare khichdi for my young son, which reflected their genuine care and customer-focused approach. Whether it was providing drinking water, arranging extra pillows, or responding promptly to room service requests, every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to help. The warmth of the staff made us feel more like guests in a home than customers in a hotel. The restaurant deserves special mention as well. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and offered excellent quality. The restaurant staff were equally courteous and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities. The views from the property were pleasant, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was impressive.

To provide a balanced review, there were only a couple of minor areas for improvement. Since the hotel is located along the highway, there are no nearby markets or shopping areas within walking distance except a supermarket (budget). However, booking a cab to visit major attractions such as Ajanta Caves and Ellora Caves is convenient and straightforward. Additionally, while the rooms were spacious, the absence of windows may make some guests feel a little confined due to limited natural ventilation. I also felt that the breakfast pricing could be made slightly more reasonable, ideally within the ₹300 range. That said, these are minor observations in what was otherwise an outstanding experience. The exceptional staff, excellent room service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality far outweigh any shortcomings. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would strongly recommend OPO Essential Nandini to anyone visiting Aurangabad. The team has set a very high benchmark for hospitality, and they deserve every bit of appreciation for the memorable experience they provide.

The staff was very courteous and responsive. A special shoutout to Laxmi at the reception who ensured seamless check in and checkout besides booking us a cab and getting us a packed breakfast early morning for our flight. Himmatsingh from the restaurant was very good too. The rooms were great and so was the food. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay at OPO Essential Nandini, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, booked through Booking.com. This was my second stay. My first experience was excellent, particularly regarding cleanliness, ambience, staff behaviour, and service. Because of this positive experience, I chose to stay again with my spouse. During this stay, I noticed two points that I request the management to kindly consider: 1. ₹299 Charge for White Cloth A white cloth was placed near the washroom, and some mud from my shoes accidentally came in contact with it. At checkout, I was charged ₹299, apparently considering the cloth stained by the guest. I was willing to pay, but explained that the mark was simply mud from footwear. I request management to avoid placing white cloths in such locations, especially during the rainy season, and to verify the cause of any stain with the guest before applying a charge. Staff may also be trained to handle such situations more courteously. 2. Breakfast Hygiene During breakfast on 11 September, I noticed what appeared to be a small insect/mosquito on an idli. I immediately informed the breakfast staff, who promptly removed it and replaced the idlis. I appreciate the quick response. However, I request the management to reinforce food-safety, hygiene, kitchen, and serving practices to prevent such incidents in the future. Overall, I genuinely liked the hotel and its ambience, cleanliness, interiors, and service. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I chose to return based on my previous positive experience. I hope the management will take these observations positively and use them for further improvement.
