Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was excellent. Staff at reception were courteous and flexible to check out time besides I was late to check-in due to darshan.
Toilets need to be well maintained. The atmosphere wasn't comfortable. Commode was wobbly and although they cleaned room it doesn't seem hygenic which needs renovation. I did witness crack on the walls behind television. TV remote wasn't working and receptionist provided me a response I couldn't sort out repair in night(after 1 hour of my check-in) and only by morning it can be sorted. At the time of my check out he stated "The remote got mixed with other room as all rooms have BPL TV". I told him to check before room is ready next time so customer get upset. However, he apologised as well but respectful.
