Perfect choice for visiting downtown Anchorage!

Disappointed

Apartment is beautiful

Broken microwave, broken kitchen faucet, and very dirty shower curtain liner. We had here about ten days ago and were told everything would be fixed before we returned.

Worst place I’ve stayed in yrs

Not much at all tbh it’s was dirty and uninviting

This place typifies what is wrong with the world ! A message when you book saying any issues don’t hesitate to contact us, then they ignore us and repeatedly lie firstly the bed settee has a wafer thin topper where you feel every metal bar in the frame it also concaves in the middle. Two nights without sleep ! Owner ignored my message sent at 8am until I messaged again finally answering at 530 his solution?? Put our friends on the sofa !!! Incredible then he suggested we go to another place a mile further away 😩 when we returned to the room after a day sightseeing we were locked out ! He ignored my messages and only let us in remotely when my American friend called him ! Ceiling fan was filthy but worst of all the main sash window fell out in my hand when I tried to open it see pictures ! Area is noisy all night and has lots of homeless drinking and smoking weed. Horrible experience 2 nights without sleep and no communication from the management as they refer to themselves as AVOID

The microwave did not work The kitchen sink faucet was VERY loose We could not control the heat and it was VERY hot

Location was great; the apartment was equipped with a kitchen and basic cooking items. There is coin op washer and dryer in the basement of the building. Lots of k cups and there is a hot water kettle if one wants to make tea. The apartment is very clean.

The walls are thin.
