We were a family of five which included my teenage son and my elderly parents and stayed in their three bedroom two toilets apartment for four nights. I had actually hoped to book the property we stayed at last year because we had a great experience there and it offered more space. However, it was completely sold out, so I decided to book this property instead. Looking back, I'm so very glad I did. Despite a couple of minor issues, we genuinely loved and enjoyed our stay in every little sense and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stay anywhere else on my future visits to London. It is a superb place to stay in central London.
One feature that is noticeably missing is a full-length dressing mirror in the bedrooms. This is something many guests would appreciate, and adding one would further enhance the overall guest experience.

Excellent. Very helpful, responsive, and almost always available whenever we needed assistance.
2. Location
Absolutely superb—truly unbeatable. The property is located in Paddington, about a 10-minute walk inside a beautiful residential complex. Every evening, the open areas come alive with families and children, creating a wonderful community atmosphere from around 5:00 pm onwards. Paddington Tube and train station are just a 5–8 minute walk away, and the entire route is through the residential complex, which makes it very convenient and pleasant.
3. Surroundings
Apart from the excellent restaurants within the complex itself, the property is only about a 15-minute walk from the main street, which is packed with pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The residential complex is on one side of Paddington Station, while the bustling main street is on the other, giving you the best of both worlds.
4. Balcony Views
The balcony offers excellent views overlooking the canal, restaurants, families enjoying the open spaces, diners relaxing in the evenings, and narrowboats passing by.
