Location was cool and very near to Meeqat Al wadi.
Very peaceful and quiet.
Located on the main road.
Petrol Pump and baqala is just beside the hotel building.
Bangali Staff was very nice, smiling, humble and helpful.
Took a 2 room apartment and it was clean, spacious, nicely designed and decorated from inside.
Kitchen utensils were good.
The kids enjoyed the stay.
Little far from downtown.
No good restaurants nearby.
Saudi reception guys are not having a welcoming behavior. They changed on the front desk very frequently.
Only 1 out of 4 talked in a normal way with a little smile on the face. The remaining were just sitting and didn't want to talk or serve you by any means.
AC controller was broken and it can only switch on with a single button for the whole apartment. it's too cold inside the apartment, we needed to switch it off after every hour.
Water on the washroom floor was standing after taking bath and need wipe out everytime which was irritating.
Washroom accessories like soap and shampoo were in very small qty and kitchen accessories like tea bags and sugar etc. were also very limited.
Fire alarm was fake inside the apartment, only plastic cover was there but inside no Device. Even in the corridors the devices were not working as I didn't see any red light blinking.
The lift was not working but luckily we were on the first floor so we didn't face much issue.
Price was little high as it was located little far from the mid city and you need to drive at least 15 minutes drive for every visiting place or even food.
Kitchen burner was available but no gas.
