Location is excellent, property owner has tried to provide all possible needs of a Sri Lanka family. I loved the kitchen with all equipment and the patio with comfortable chairs and property is setup such a way that people can stay long as they need.they have provided water dispenser with clean water and has a living space too with iron table and iron, dressing table etc. Property owner family was very friendly and helpful. Property is very much secure with walls around and large gate locked over night. I would recommend for anyone and it is just behind the Galviharaya and it.was less than 5.minutes drive.
when we visit temperature was very high and mosquitoes are plenty the that was the only 2 drawbacks everything else was great for the price.

A simple and good-value stay that delivered exactly what we needed. Easy access from the main road made arrival straightforward, and the location is a real highlight — just a short distance from the magnificent Polonnaruwa Ancient City, which was perfect for our visits. The owner was absolutely helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Would recommend for anyone exploring the area
