Location was great, only 8 min drive to the main strip, hot tub was a plus, the kids loved the play area, they had complimentary coffee. And we roasted marshmallows over the fire.
The worst part is the pet hair- we have a big inside dog who sheds- I’m not talking a little shedding…. my son pulled the trundle bed out and laid down and he was Covered in pet hair- like it had not been cleaned in a LONG TIME- he jumped up- we had to strip the beds And there were no extra linens!!! So we had to wash the sheets. And luckily had brought some blankets from home- as the comforter wouldn’t fit in washer-Starlink WiFi was the worst, wouldn’t run the tv’s and barely connected to cellphone. Cellphone reception is non existent SOS mode the entire time with AT&T service. (Wasn’t that big of a deal since we were on a getaway) but for someone who needs to do school or work from home - this is not ideal- Neighbors were VERY Loud on our 2nd night. Could not locate a remote or a way to turn on the little fireplace in the living room area. The cabin had a weird smell to it but nothing to bothersome.
