The worst apartment stay experience ever in Vienna

Nothing but only its location.

The bedsheets are dirty, the floor is dirty, refrigerator wasn’t working, no hot water available, and had to take a shower under the cold water, couldn’t contact the responsible person easily and then when we could reach out, she told me to take a hold of the phone call, and 15 minutes later, the call was dropped and couldn’t contact them again. Booking.com also tried to reach out to the property for hours but they couldn’t get them either. Advertisement was for 6 persons when we booked and then it wasn’t even enough for 4 people. Only one bed and sofa bed.

The apartment is nice and in good location, but cleaning and kitchen needs further efforts.

Location is great. U have bus and tram lines very close to the apartment. There are bars, bakeries, groceries nearby too. The metro is not so far from this location either.

Not clean at all. No dishes or cups for coffee/tea in the kitchen. I asked the manager to bring some dishes/cups for coffee, but he never did that, despite his polite response that he will do it immediately. Stayed there for three days, he never showed up.

Gastfreundschaft war unrealistisch, die Wohnung Stang, sehr schmutzig, Dusche keine warme Wasser kam, Kühlschrank hatte kein Strom, Wifi funktionierte nicht.

Konumu iyi. Fiyatı iyi.

Klima yok! Sıcak havalarda perişan olursunuz bizim gibi:) Kanepesi hic rahat degil hele 2 kisi kesinlikle yatamaz. 4 kişilik diye bildirmemize ragmen ek yatak verilmedi. Yatmadan yatmaya kullanacaksaniz fiyatina gore iyi. Günlük bilet alip biraz daha uzakta daha konforlu evler bulunabilir.
