Staff communications and friendly, good location and neat. All facilities were very good..
Just the heating of the shower which was so hot and it we somehow managed.. It was adjusted by a member of the staff..

The home was cosy and comfortable, set in a beautiful natural location. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, gas hob, microwave, and basic pots and pans.
The holiday park also has an outdoor swimming pool, which I believe opens on 22 May, as well as stables with horses and ponies, although we didn’t use these facilities during our stay.
It is only a 5-minute drive from St Austell. Communication with the staff was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would gladly book it again in the future.
I didn’t see any shops within a short walking distance, and there were no toilet rolls when we arrived. However, we had some with us and bought more the next day, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
Check-in is officially open until 10 pm, but since we arrived much later (around 11:30 pm), the staff kindly left us check-in instructions and prepared the house for our arrival.
The place was very clean and provided fresh towels and clean bedding.
