There was no breakfast. The location was ideal for where we wanted to be, the price was of a price we wanted to pay. There was facilities for preparing food or eating food in your room. The room was clean and tidy. but the bedding looked as though it had either been slept in or as I suspect been pulled straight from the tumble dryer,
When we arrive we discovered there was only one set of towels in the room so when I called the help line number I was asked to go and buy another set and please try yo match it to the ones in the room? There was no one available to provide a second set, in fact we did not see any staff. Also after giving specific instructions on entering the premises the front gate and main door were not locked. Still on security I dont think it would be that difficult to work out the code for collecting the room keys. As seems to be the case these days the subdued lighting is pretty useless. Room was clean and comfortable, good shower. Location on the edge of Wisbech is ok, Morrisons next door and a few decent pubs a short walk away in Elme
Shared kitchen was clean and had appliances but no utensils: plates, bowls, cutlery. The cleaners were really friendly and got bowls and spoons for me from upstairs (presumably another kitchen) on the first day which I hung on to. If you’re going to self cater then bring your own maybe!?
The place is a bit souless, just a bunch of rooms in a custom built block separate from Elme Hall. Walls thin and people up early talking in the corridor. Just a lot of workers staying there I think which is fine but not really a holiday place

Accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything looked new. Good location for work in Wisbech and good communications to access the property. Nice to have use of a kitchen.
As we were given an upstairs room it was very hot so sleeping was difficult, however there was a small fan in the room and the weather was unusually hot, I believe downstairs was much cooler.

Room was clean & bigger than expected Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and condition, was spotless. Extra towels, really handy, overall would highly recommend.
The email had the wrong room number noted, which was very annoying, but when I phoned the office the, I person I spoke to sorted out the correct room number and apologised.
