Location.
Easy bus ride in to the town and to the ‘Piece Hall’ venue
The bed was comfortable
The room was clean.
The room we had was at the back of the building so was very quiet so we slept well.

Staff were amazing and gave me a full refund, I hope they get the booking.com issues sorted as would have liked to stay here.
I got a text message to inform me that Booking.com had double booked my room and it was not available to me - this was a message at 22:38 on the night before I arrived - had to find another hotel that cost me an extra £40 as we already had tickets for a show booked and travel arranged - I now need a refund and explanation as to why this happened
