We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, in a great location and had everything we needed, including a really well-equipped kitchen. Jules and Nelly were extremely responsive and helpful, and were happy to bring us anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!
There were no hand towels and we didn't want to wipe our hands on the towels we used for our shower but as soon as we requested them, they were delivered to our door.
The key fob was difficult to find as the video provided doesn't show where the key box location is very clearly .
A couple of small improvements would make the apartment even better. The shower curtain doesn't fit the shower particularly well and would be much better replaced with a shower door. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, although it was perfectly fine for a few nights.
