Ubicación , cerca hay mucho transporte público, la atención del personal, y que atendieron mi petición.
El estacionamiento muy reducido y si quieres salir temprano hay que mover varios carros y maniobrar dependiendo de dónde te toco lugar.

This is a nice restaurant that appears to have been recently built. The amenities were great, the hotel extra clean, and the staff super helpful and eager to make your stay comfortable. We asked for a couple extra things needed and the front desk was very responsive and provided what we needed shortly after our request. The staff was very professional, respectful/polite. We were happy with our stay.
It was unfortunate that there was no A/C in our unit. We requested a fan and the one provided was great - it solved my issue as I sleep hot. Another aspect that is probably unfair, but important to point out, is the location of the hotel. On one hand it was close to the historical center and other major spots you want to hit while in CDMX. On the other hand, the hotel is located right on the border of not so good areas of the city (walking left all good; walking to the right not so good). So one must be careful if walking in the evening/night time. We even considered changing hotel but in the end we were glad we didn't.

Las instalaciones, limpias, sobretodos las almoadas muy cómodas
El ruido, estuvimos del lado izquierdo del hotel, domingo, no se si en algún cuarto del hotel o vecinos que estan a un costado o atrás (no tengo la seguridad, pero creo eran los vecinos de la zona), pusieron música super fuerte apartir de las 5 de la mañana y pararon como a las 8, música muy muy fuerte, quiza fue mala suerte, y como teníamos un poco de calor y los cuartos no tienen clima era o el calor o menos ruido, aun con la ventana cerrada se escuchaba muy fuerte la música, también al ingresar esta un poco peligroso , porque aunque uber, taxi, etc., te dejan en la entrada del Hotel esta la baqueta y después una ciclovia, y después la avenida, hay que tener precaución al bajar, a mi mamá casa la pasa atraer una bici y lo mismo vi cuando llegaron otros huéspedes, uno no conoce y las bicicletas no se paran y los taxis no saben si meterse o no, porque se ve como un estacionamiento del hotel, pero no está muy claro, o no hay un letrero que día ascenso y descenso de Huéspedes, tanto para los huéspedes yvtaciss qué no conocemos, como para las bicicletas que, bajen la velocidad, porque hay ascenso y descenso de personas o entrada de vehículos

La atención del personal es excelente y amable, la ubicación excelente para mis actividades
No hay aire acondicionado y hace mucho calor, las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros para poder dejarlas abiertas y además nuestra habitación daba a un calle y de frente un casa en la que todas las noches llegaban personas y platicaban hasta tarde y con niños llorando, ni con las ventanas cerradas se amortiguaba el ruido, la verdad no descansamos, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas comparadas con otras de hoteles del mismo precio, todos los días pedimos el aseo, pero en la segunda noche encontramos benditas (curitas pegados a las cobijas) no hay caja fuerte pero en el documento que firmas dice que si se te pierde algo que no dejes en la caja fuerte, ellos no se hacen responsables, tampoco hay cafetera y otros artículos como planchas (hay que solicitarlas en recepción)
