Location - entrance to the river/creek at the back was great little adventure. If i had time, i would have definitely used the fishing rod and the kayak to the catch the fish that was very lively. heaters and air con was great as it was still winter.
Its very spacious, definitely accomodated for what I needed the place for a family reunion of extended family.
furniture setting was very weird and a 2nd queen size bed would have been better as my sister and her partner slept on a single matress and my partner and i slept in the bigger room with the baby.
Cups, pans, cuttlery and plates - majority of them were very dirty. As if someone had used them at the last visit and didnt wash them or didn't wash them properly with oil and food still stuck to them then stored in the cupboard.

Good location with almost everything in the place. It's in a quiet sactuary zone and we saw some wild kangaroos wandering in this area. There are plenty of rooms and it is very good for hosting big family trip. The IGA is close and hyams beach is 15min away.
We couldn't find the hair dryer
