Our stay was exceptional!!!. The property is new and everything was brand new and spotless clean. It is spacious, with professional designer finishes. The bed was comfortable and large (king) in our suite. We had a garden suite with its own garden patio- lovely. I especially liked the lounging chairs for evening relaxation. Spiro and his family were most welcoming and accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. Location- you can’t beat! It is 2 min walk to both beaches and just around the corner from the promenade. There is a cute bakery across the street with delicious pastries and deserts. Private included parking was a huge plus for us! We also had dinner at their family restaurant on the promenade (I believe it is called Venetian) which was superb!
I do not have any negative comments- everything was perfect!

Everything about our stay at Parga Gem K was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the towels were changed every day. The location is perfect – just a 1-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery very close by. Parking was always available and guaranteed, which made everything much easier. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent. We truly felt comfortable throughout our entire stay and would definitely choose this property again.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. Everyone was so friendly, especially Spyros.
Ladies that clean also were always smiling to us. Its new , veery clean, beautiful and location was perfect.
Would definitely recommend it to everyone
